Exactly how much of a kit are you after ?
I'm sure all component parts you'd need to build some manifolds are readily available.
But "kit" could mean many things, for many shapes/sizes of manifolds etc and at various costs.
Have you any design plans in mind ?

Paul Garton can do flanges from any templates, he normally has sbc in stock

Pipes...kit, really depends exactly what you need though.
If just some modifications, maybe very little, if complete tubular manifolds, maybe a kit is best.
DIY log manifolds ? Sch10 piping maybe best
