I run a 3.5 V8 with ported and polished heads, a race cam and omega pistons......the rules for my sport allow me to use uprated needles from standard......any suggestions which needles would be a good replacement to get top performance??

Having bought a duplex timing chain set from RPI i notice the crank pulley has 7 keyways, -6, -4, -2, 0, +2, +4, +6. I'm wanting to upgrade my 3.9 to a 4.2. Am i right in thinking that to do this i need to swap the crank for a 4.2 crank and skim the pistons?
