I was told that under a BMW warranty claim for paintwork, The body shop has to complete a file with paperwork for every stage along with photos which has to go to BMW. I guess this is so the body shop have some responsibility for the work, BMW knows the work has been completed to a standard and they...

If the dodgy paintwork had been my first issue I might of given them a chance to fix it but then what sort of business would have a third party complete work on their behalf and then not check the work before handing it over to the customer. It was beyond my last straw and they were lucky I held it ...

I contacted BMW UK customer service on Thursday 7th and explained that I thought they should know that I had rejected the car purely on customer service, the operator sounded shocked and said thanks for the call. I asked if somebody would call me back? To which the operator replied, No we will deal ...

Unbelievable poor customer service by Sytner BMW Birmingham
This is the very condensed version of the unbelievable and very poor customer service review that I have been subjected to by Synter BMW Birmingham. I started to type this up in detail but just the way that they secured the deal took me a page to write. The vehicle in question was a 2012 BMW E92 M3 ...

You need to tweak the system if the highest point is not the header tank. Air will always collect at the bleed point and you'll always be bleeding it. What you need is an expansion bottle, which you can mount anywhere you like. This is what I did with my Landie. http://www.cowdery.org.uk/images/v8r...

Fitting bleed valves into coolant hoses
My Range rover has a buggy body and due to that it would appear that the expansion tank has been mounted lower than originally. In it's new position it is lower than the radiator top hose. http://i3.photobucket.com/albums/y67/rustyveedub/Mobile%20Uploads/20140828_125124.jpg It feels like a fair bit ...

I have been looking at the suppliers at the bottom of the main page and there seem to be 2 main ones, Realsteel and V8tuner. I was just about to ask about the Magnecore leads as they were recommended on a Land rover forum. Would Realsteel sell the good quality Dizzy caps and arms ? Just thinking for...
