3.5l + hotwire + tuning

Hi.
My off-road toy has got 3.5l flapper efi. dynotuned ~173hp rear wheels when this engine was on my SD1. approx 210hp@5120rpm flywheel/311Nm@4000rpm.
Now i just for sale flapper parts and add my 3.9hotwire kit in it.
Question is?
Dos it make any sense to add 45mm trumpets same time? Because i have got 2set of 45mm trumpets.
Inlet manifold´s holes are std size now. Or are those 45mm trumpets only for monster engine´s?
I also have got 72mm plenum only, so i have to use it..
So i think if those 45mm trumpets will help slightly breathing at top end? I have got only trumpet base without STD trumpets, so have to buy new one near of future..
Slightly cleaned head´s and inlet manifold, Vitesse cam, 9.35CR, home made exchaust pipe + etc small..
Thanks.
