That is nice. . .
saw one on racecars about 18 months ago, in magnesium without carbs, a mear £2400. Designed originally for formula 5000 should flow very well, certainly as good as a Hilborn set up. Will you use the webbers of convert it to EFI with throttle bodies? The nitrous is very neat, though it would be improved with a heat shield in the valley.
It should certainly be more than adaquate for your 383.
