cam shafts 2

i was wondering whcih is the best camshaft for my engine now it has changed inside ..
it used to be a 110 v8 3.5 with 8.13 compression on carbs

it's now a 3.5 but with 10.5 compression on EFI & LPG

now as far i can gather the camshaft is the same as the high compression P6 one apart from a higher lift .. 9.9mm as opposed to 9.4mm of the 110 engine

but everything else is the same ..

110 v8 =

30* BTDC IN open
75* ABDC IN closed
68* BBDC EX open
37* ATDC EX closed

duration 280*

IN peak 112* ADTC
EX peak 105.5* BTDC

which are exactly the same as the P6 except from valve lift and of course the P6 has smaller valves

i have a P6 cam sitting here is it worth changing ?
or is there a better one , and is there any markings on the cams to tell which is which ..the one i have here has what looks like 5C X & 5D CWG
