What would be the effects of a incorrectly torqued head?
Hi guys just wondering if a head wasn't tongued evenly or correctly what would be the consequences? Would it be long term/short term/ bad running???

I would have thought a blown head gasket depending upon how loose the / some bots were. Otherwise a warped head that would (could) end up the same.

Really it will depend on what you mean.
If they were all tightened by someone sensible with an experienced hand...they could probably last a very long time before any problems.
If they werent tightened at all by a muppet...it might only last a few minutes.
Some tight some not....really, shouldnt be near engines either lol
Overtightened....harder to say on that and would depend how much.
