registering an import

Post by scoop »

A friend of mine has just imported an American built 33 plymouth coupe hot rod, big V8 open wheels etc etc, he would prefer to avoid an SVA test for obviuos reasons, what documents will he need to supply to the DVLA in order to get an age related plate? or is he doomed to put the car through an SVA test.
Any advice / guidance will be greatly appreciated.
