Reg cant fault the MS ecu mate,
10000000% more reliable than the vems i was using,
and more people are willing to help if you get stuck.
I too could of gone emerald, but didnt want to, i like a challenge and when i get a roller read out i know its my own work mapping it. so i feel more proud of the results.

You do the same with the Emerald it just that you ask the person that designed and wrote the software and get an answer back in hours. Too many so called experts on MS.

hell yeah,
if you was to read the whole post you would of seen hot start was nowt to do with the ecu it was the air filter location
and the reason its 3 months long not used the car much this year after all the work we are doing in our new house so get little time to tinker in the garage

I read the post. If your reading air temp it should be as close to the plenum as possible. You will have to move it if fitting the SC

IAT sensor is back where it was near the plenum,
the filter work sorted it

No issues with MS either in over 2 years use

hence why i follow the Firmware updates etc so i always get the best out of this product, even updating the firmware as been trouble free so far

as i like the extra bells and whistles often found in the updates
