Well today was the last straw.

phoned up about the starter AGAIN as it still was not here when i got home from work after being told yesterday it will be with you 100% on wednesday (today),
I finally got given a tracking number after saying i want to cancel my order and go else where.
SO i went onto City Links web site and did a track on the parcel to see where abouts in the world it has been for the past week.
and guess what,
you wont f@@king believe it,
it was collected this morning from them at 10.38am,
so for a week i have been lied to being told its on route and will be with you in the morning,

Hi V8 kid
Sorry don't know your first name.
I had a problem with my starter motor and tried the guys at Classic Car World.
They do an LMS055 which is really tiny and mega powerful and bolts straight in with no problems at all.
Mine was slightly cheaper than they are now showing on the web site but it turned up very quickly fits like a glove and almost turns the car over when the key is turned!!!
Space is really tight in the Cavalier engine bay so this should be fine for your application.
The guy you should talk to is Tom.
If you have no joy with the other crowd you are dealing with and his e mail is ccw/tools.com
I hope this helps

Regards
Paul
