Here's mine,
Duration at .050 lift intake 234*
Exhaust 244*
Lift at valve intake 488*
exhaust 510*
Ground on 114* lobe centres

Hi all,
spoke to Dell at Kent Cams today, very helpful guy and took time to go over what I wanted too!.

Anyhow, Ive ordered:

Inlet 220 - Exh 225 (at 50 tho)
Inlet lift 0.47"
Ex Lift 0.485"
Lobe Seperation 114

He said that the specs looked good for my engine, so thanks for all your help, hopefully this is the last peice of the jigsaw!!
