can 4.6 block be rebored?

We only run a 3.9, Chevy 305 pistons, Scat 6" rods and a 3.5/3.9 crank. Runs about 12 lbs of boost at present on methanol, makes pretty close to 500 bhp. No bore problems with this set up.
