As most of you know I am an MGB fan.
They already did this sort of upgrade when they made the MG RV8.
It came with a lot of goodies and a nice RV8.

Yeah there are the MGB purists who insist on originality and fair play to them, I loved my original '68 when I had it. However I'm on the side of modifying the MGB, improving the original. It's a great classic with lots of originality and lots of potential. £62k is just daft money for one though, don't think the original works Sebring GTS cars are worth that!
It looks like they sell parts for MG's anyway, so their "R&D" is based upon the parts they and others have developed over time to modify existing MG's. Effectively you're getting a new MGB body shell, with all their "upgrades" already bolted on.mgbv8 wrote:Its very steep in my eyes ??

I wonder how much the production cost is and also wonder how much money has gone into R&D + test fabrication etc to get the thing to market?
