Micks Minivan new paint work

Mick Corbett is a member on here but hardly ever posts cos he's so shy bless him.

Some of you already know Mick and the 4.6 RV8 van from Santa Pod. It used to be white with union jack style graphics and a british bulldog emblem on the back doors.

Well Mick brought it to the Pod last weekend and we all like his new paint scheme???? And heres the kicker!! It was done with rattle cans???

That just us sprawled in the pits as the place was empty. No rush to run as the queue was never longer than 15 mins.. What a day

NO!
He knows a guy who does grafiti art stuff. Mick had to wet flat the car and leave it clean and dry. His bloke came round and did it with rattle cans in one day for £300.00

He charges £300 a day but Mick says if it runs to two days he will charge £500.00

Then Mick took it to a painter who laquered it. You can see its been done with rattle cans close up, but I think that add to the partisan art look.

I'm seriously thinking about talking to the guy when i tidy the body at the end of the year. He should be with us at Retro Weekend

i thought mick was on the windup when he said the guy done it with rattle cans unbelievable mick said he had a few bits of card cut to a couple of shapes and done the whole van really talented guy to get it to look like it does brill.

Did you notice that on the predators arm controller, the buttons are not as they are in the films ?? The buttons are the lights on the Drag Racing Tree ??
