EFI fuel lines

Post by sowat »

I've got as far as the fuel side on my Hotwire convertion
Running a Range Rover in tank pump, and TIG welded a hose tail to the fuel rail ( to put it on the near side).
What lines/hose/pipes are being used out there ?

If you mean between tank & fuel rail, I've always just used fuel injection hose, I forget which size, but it's readily available by the meter.

I'm using high pressure rubber (EPDM) fuel injection hose. 8mm ID. from pump to fuel rail.

Ditto

8mm for everything including the return

I'd also say stay away from braided as it can perish the rubber underneath and you don't notice until you get a flood!

With the fuel mixes not all fuel hose only has a life span of about 4 years
