Anyone after a sierra project

Went to look at a sierra today. 1.8, been stored in a barn for 7 years after the engine went.

Good news, Very clean, slight surface rust in a couple of spots but the arches and sills are all solid, unlike most Sierras of that age

Bad news. Being a 1.8 it has drums on the back.

Awful temptation: I have a 2 litre that is too rusty to fix but has the right axle and a friend with a V8 who owes me money and has the skills to turn 2 cars and bits into a V8 sierra.

Someone please save me and buy that car....Seriously, if you want a solid shell for a V8 sarah, this is a good one.
