hi Dave,hi Dave,i done some tests,i clamped of the fuel return pipe and it holds the fuel pressure.does this mean my new fuel (FPR) is faulty,thanks.richy

I've seen this with rising rate ones set to approx 36 psi before. Think they are really designed to work at a much higher pressure. And the spring pressure on the diaphragm forms the one way valve. But they are simple devices to take apart and check for damage or dirt.
