Are the manifold primaries all the same diameter from different models with the front facing exhausts? i.e. 400, 450, 500...
And does the fact that the primaries are all completely different lengths make much of a difference or does it broaden the power range?

Yes the manifolds are the same for all the chim/griff models, just some variations over the production run ie pre catconv models, bolted flanges and clamped flanges.
The lengths are a bit of a hypothetical puzzle, equal length manifolds have only made good gains when compared to poorly fettled manifolds, when compared to 'nicely' matched manifolds gains were minimal. Its fairly hard to equate all the results we have seen, but I have personally witnessed quite a lot of the testing in this area.
IMHO smooth flowing close to the ports / flanges seems to be most beneficial. If wishing to go further then arranging merges to defer 90deg conflicts/collisions seems plausible without resorting to the complexity of a full 8-4-2-1. Having said that the aftermarket solutions from JP/ACT with long primaries (instead of the big precat collector & cat dustbin) do seem to work just about as well as anything?

The looping round the front, and a y-piece down the front of the engine has lets say 'unique' challenges :hehe:
I guess you are talking about the later T-series cars perpendicular silencer arrangement? Cerberas also use a similar arrangement.
Tuscan racers are probably of more interest to you, with extremely long complex primaries, but exits by the passenger door sill.
