Thanks Tony,
Money box is empty at the moment and the exchange rate going to be lousy for some time, so will have to try and work with what i've got if possible.
How did you achieve the 43.5lbs fuel pressure, different fuel regulator?
Did you have to adjust the duty cycle on the fuel map, I'm still learning all this stuff
Kevin.

i used a FSE adjustable fuel reg mate.
on the vems ecu software (MS maybe the same)
there is a calculator for req fuel,
http://www.vems-group.org/wiki/index.ph ... torOpening
just filled in the required boxes and away we went.
and had no running probs at all with theses injectors being bigger than needed,

mine didnt exactly run lean but the duty cycle was maxing out at high revs,
so to be safe when on gas we went bigger injectors so the duty cycle could be a lot lower,
and we had plenty in reserve for future mods.

If what wotland says is correct, that makes them unsuitable for a boosted engine , because your fuel pressure rises inline with boost pressure i.e. base pressure + boost pressure.CastleMGBV8 wrote:Thanks for the warning so 3 BAR 43.5psi is right on the limit, any idea what they would flow at this figure, can't find them on the data base you linked to?
Interestingly the 4.6 engines Bosch all green injectors seem to have an even lower flow rate!
Kevin.
Informations about injectors come from Mark Adams when we ask informations for an new eprom for the 4.6 Stage III Twin Plenum of an friend.Eliot wrote: If what wotland says is correct, that makes them unsuitable for a boosted engine , because your fuel pressure rises inline with boost pressure i.e. base pressure + boost pressure.
