Normally there would be an oil filler on one of the rocker covers, and an oil breather on the other. You appear to have breathers on both sides. Could you have a dry sump system with a separate oil cannister elsewhere?

A standard wet sump I believe.

Two breathers are unnecessary as the engine is open internally. You may just be able to pull one off, pour the oil into the rocker cover and then pop it back.

Thanks - both breathers pull off so will check that option.

As above, just pull a breather off and fill via that.
