can't move the intercooler any further forward mate or the radiator any further back, :(
I need some f**k off powerful fans
if I cut some more panel work away behind the grill I maybe able to fit one or two pusher fans onto the front of the intercooler that come on with the rad fans,
would that help???

Hi Tony
biggest thing that will help with the fans is to get them to pull air from all of the core, enclose the back of the rad and put the fans in the cowl like this http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RANGE-ROVER-P ... 43bd57a621
then if needs it get some bigger fans, but I think the cowl will make far more difference than more power in the fan motor. Those fans and that rad you have in the photo should be more than enough to cool a rover even with a big blower on it. However if you can move the fans off the face of the rad even by 1/2 an inch will help, but only if you seal the back of the rad core to the fans and make sure the hot air from engine bay cannot move forward and into the core from the top of the radiator.
Best regards
Mike

we have a cool running cappa, sat happily in the garage with fans cutting in and out,
Now the fans are working can concentrate over the winter making a cowl to house them in to maximise the cooling through the whole of the rad core :)
