Capri springs ratings.

Post by v8 jago »

Im looking for some stronger springs to fit on my 2.8i front struts.. Just wondering if anyone knows what is the max rated springs they do for the standard struts ?? and does anyone know how you work out what poundage springs you need for a 925+lbs engine ??
Ive looked on capri sport and they do a nice looking coilover strut for £300 but as all funds are going on my engine and im about skint i am looking for a cheaper option.

Was Rover v8 10.7@122mph, 0-60-3.01sec
Now Blown BigBlock Chevy 9.9@134 upto now on low boost.
