Dave
I might need one. But I cant remember now?

Mine doesnt have one, and I didnt fit one due to the snap oversteer issue.
Bolt it to the wall in the garage. It will make a nice strong hanging rail eh?

Perry

This bar realy is a piece of s%*t.

The geometry is not right and the bushes are all twisted to hell when under load.

I am not surprised that one of the hex vertical rods broke. (now M8 threaded rod)

If your serious I will put it aside.

Dave,

I would wait until you drive it a little and see if it settles - I've not know Doug to be wrong.

First time I put new rear springs on a Midget it sat so high you couldn't connect the drop straps, little bit of use and it all settled down.

Doug's springs are still under my pillow. I should fit them in the next week or so.

I am sure they will work fine.

Its the poxy ARB that I have removed.
