just wanted to say Hi. I'm a newbie to this site- joined because i no next to nothing about my V8. but want to learn more.
Vehicle is a Land Rover Defender Camper conversion with a 3.9 v8 from a Land Rover Discovery. Needless to say it's causing me some problems...
Vehicle started life as a diesel, but when the London Low Emission Zone took hold and the turbo went, i converted it to a V8 as i'd always wanted one!
It's got a few mods, my favourite being the flowmaster 40 muffler, which makes it sound DIRTY.
