ford type 9 to rv8 bellhousing

Can anyone tell me where I can buy at reasonable cost a bellhousing to mate a ford type 9 to a Rover v8.

I made one about 15 years ago,wasn't worth the effort, gearbox only lasted 6 weeks, type 9's not very good at handling torque, tor the bearings to shreds ..... :(

You wont find one any more for the above reason. The type 9 isnt strong enough to cope with an RV8 unless you have either a very light car or poor traction. Best find another stronger box to do a conversion with.

You said back in June that you had a bellhousing, what happened to that?
