Dave Tetlow emailed me from the USA to say YES...he's up for the day out.

As soon as he gets back from touring the US of A with his MGB V8, and doing stuff like getting married, he will be with us.

Congrats to Dave and his Princess on the occasion of their getting hitched.

Well done (and about time eh?) you two!!

Perry

Unfortunately I am away in Cornwall and do not get back till the 22nd. My car is also away having some minor repairs and may not be back ,so rather than try and make it and at the last minute pull out would rather someone else have it.

Could be a problem, as he has a very powerful fan but its front floor level only. He did mention about some smaller portable fans, but might be worth calling him to confirm.

I'm going to bring something to try to deflect the air up into my rads, because it just blew straight underneath my dakar.

I'm crapping myself about doing the RWYB on the Saturday before now.
I want to take my 80 shot up to a 150 shot for a couple of runs. Then go back to a 200 shot to see if I can grab a 10. But every time I've run a 200 shot I've melted pistons.
I guess I'll stick with the 150 shot now to try and make sure I still have an engine in one piece for this day out. I suppose there are a few more RWYB days to finish the engine off later in the year eh?

Bones!!
Will be good to see you again mate...

After my first run on martin's dyno, my inlet temps hit 50'c with the chargecooler, so I'm working on a front mount conversion to see if its any better:
