obviousley it needs a bit of modifing to make it fit the curve on the scoob bonnet, and i'l need to shorten it a bit.

cheers again

I would go with the stock/sleeper look personally - and let the kids use that next time it snows..

3500 and SU manifold only just fits under the bonnet. anything else is going to sit higher. hence the need for the cowling. remember this car was designed to accomidate a tiny boxer 4

i'm more and more swung towards EFI anyway, but it should still need the extra space from the cowling.

its a track toy / show car so the look, that the bulge will give should add to its apearence.

Cor that looks alright

I might have to resort to something like that for mine, unfortunately. Whilst everything clears the bonnet I get massive heat soak problems underneath - you can't touch the plenum after 30 minutes running

Thanks for taking the time to put those up scoobyv8

i see that,
lots of the paper stuff spent on that tho. mines is a low budget project, so standard EFI has to take the lead over expensive holley, and ofenhauser bits forgive my spelling due to my lack of money i dont even look at those bits so i dont know how to spell them lol

George

one day it will run n :D and i'l be happy
