Hi and welcome to the forum mate,
good to see another v8 turd I mean capri

have you tried caprisport www.caprisport.com
Coilover info page: http://www.zyworld.com/caprisport/1_coilover_info.htm
they did the coilover front conversion on mine,
think the problem you may have will be the price of the shipping from here in the uk back to yourself.

Another place to try is here, http://www.gaz-shocks.co.uk/
Its also worth noting the inserts were 2 different types, Bilstein and the normal type, Billies have a chrome stem about 2" dia, and do not fit a normal suspension leg, and another point worth noting is the inserts are the same as Mk2 Escort, which is good, as there is a HUGE following for Mk1 & 2 Escorts around the world, and most of your suspennsion is still in production, including Bottom track control arms

I might be selling her anyway as I have a project car that is almost ready for the road that I would MUCH rather put my money in. The Capri is a blast because you do NOT see them at all on the streets here in the US, but my Riviera is a much more desirable car in the states. The market for them is just to attractive to not sink money into it. I gave 800 bucks for it, surfed, did homework, and shopped, it is about a 4-5k car in its current state. The Capri however, I can't even stop and get gas and not draw a crowd. I dunno about your guys rover engines, but my little 302 growls just like a 5.0 Mustang, so it throws folks off to see it rumble by.

So how do I figure out the current strut in the car? And the wiring on these Capris SUCKS. THe fuse box is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I am having MAJOR issues with my lights and it is all stemming from the fuse box! Below is some of my past turds. The 65 Rivera is a current turd. I have had about 17 cars in the past 5 years. 2- v8 vegas, v8 pinto, javalin, nova ss, ect.
