Sounds good to me Jed. I will be at Billing Aquadrome Sat for the Opel Manta club meet. I could come over to the Pod and camp Sat night how do I book for the camping?

That's one quick MGB you got there Perry what size engine you got?

It's a 100,000 mile 4.6 out of a range rover with new pistons, rings and ends etc. All stock except for the wilder cam and new forged pistons.

I used a glaze buster to clean the bores up before the new bits went in.

I'm well happy with this old lump Mate!

Got a 4.6 bottom end to replace the 3.9 in the Manta....seemed like a good idea at the time :?

Just need to give the heads a good clean up and I'll let you know.

Been reading about you cleaning up your heads behind the valve seats. Mine are also stage 3 V8 Devopments heads....think I'll take a look behind the valves after reading what you found :!:
