Was it sprayed locally Dave??
I'm seriously considering cutting my rear wings away to fit Sebring arches.
Looks lovely BTW.

Dave,

Looking good, now you've all the fun of putting it back together, one tip I learnt from my body guy is when you put the pop rivets in for the chrome side trims is to dip them in waxoyl or similar first and this helps keep the dreaded tinworm away.

Keep the pics coming.

Kevin.

Hi Guys.

I think the Waxoyl is a great idea. I need to use it on the doors too.

I am very happy with the paint. It is not perfect as the guy said I have Silicones coming out of the old paint and causing a few pits. I don't feel too bad about the painting I did before now, as I had the same problem then. I have just filled them manually and they should go when I rub the paint down. The spraying was done during yesterdays rain and hail storm!! Sod’s Law, today is perfect.

Perry, Nice to see you at the Pod. How did your last run go?
The Painter is a local guy who is a friend of a friend. Very professional and the Mut’s nuts. He is very helpful over the phone so if you ever need him let me know.

The scoop had to be at an angle to avoid the 55litre NO bottle I have strapped to the front wing. That’s why there is no suspension, too much acceleration me thinks!

Ha Ha!!
No, we tweaked the controller to drop the 150 shot on in just over 2 seconds.
A quick launch with crap traction then a quick pedal off and on and she hooked really well as the gas came back on for a second time.
On the limiter across the line which is not good. But the terminal speed is fine.
Now I know she has a lot more in her.

Perry,

That should have been well into the elevens if you hadn't lost traction, but 0-137 MPH in 12.6 secs can't be bad.

With a bit more grip your going to get there.

Kevin
