Lpg acceleration

Post by oilyfingers »

When running on gas i find the acceleration at gear change very hesitant, especially if you plant your foot expecting the surge of power you get with petrol. Any ideas??

What petrol / LPG system?

The best diagnostic tool is an AFR meter, e.g. Innovate LM-1.

Hmm, to be honest I think you'll either have to get some manuals for the parts, or take it to somebody who knows about that particular setup.

Seems to have been sorted by a good run & some cleaning solvent into the gas valve on feed pipe to mixer ring. Acceleration is good now.
