IC doesnt specifically need a fan. Spal make great slimline fans. Try and cover as much area as you can on the rad, and a big single is generally better than two smaller items.
Or one large one small. And pullers are more efficient, but you're going to end up with pullers anyway.
Ive a 16" single Spal, and a small 6" or 7" motorbike fan on mine

well bit the bullet today and started to sort the RS500 cossie intercooler out,
had to trimm about 40mm off both brackets, but it now fits where i want it to go,
need to scallop the back face of the slam panel for the cooler pipes so i can lift it into the hump on the slam panel, bottom of the valance has a couple of flat brace lugs that need cutting off which means i can then push the inter cooler right into the front grill right behind the oil coolers, i should then have just enough room to drop the rad in between the intercooler and front valence,

Breathers are no different to any other engine.
In an ideal world yes you could recirculate. If you have adequate oil/air separation, then there is no negatives to doing so.
In reality, getting totally clean air back out is pretty hard.
Just vent to a suitable breather/catch can, although strictly speaking that isnt MOT friendly.

may vent to a catch can then back to the intake before charger to keep mot man happy lol.

Thats how I do it on our Supercharged Capri and on our Turbocharged Capri.Coops wrote:may vent to a catch can then back to the intake before charger to keep mot man happy lol.
The backfire valve does its thing when needed and is still in place on the valve cover. Got myself a big catchcan ( about 2 liter) which does the job.
Has nothing to do with MOT but without a decent PCV system you'll loose horsepower ( did test that on a dyno..) You'll need to suck up that pressure below the pistons.
On our tripple carb't Capri whe only have vents on both valve covers and we allready found out on the dyno we loose presious BHP here so it will be converted to run an electrical PCV vacuum pump from a Ford Mustang to recieve it back.
Sorry to much toys at the moment....
