Siamesed plenum. Again..?

Hi..

I just receive 2 plenums and trying to make siamesed plenum.
I´m thinkink if i cut those air "guides" away from inside the plenum. And weld the bolt holes stuck.. What are yuo think about that?
David Hardcastle book has got same kind modification..

Cut this "guide" away..

You might have problems sealing to the trumpet base in the central region where you have removed the fixings....

Do you mean that silicon sealer wont seal it for 4 bolts? :shock:

I think you are supposed to cut away the neck and leave the bolt part attached the plenum.
