oil leak from rocker breathers

Post by little tub »

Hi Chaps
I have experienced oil dripping from the seals of the rocker cover breathers, when on track. I think it is something to do with the rocker covers angle.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue and if so how did they rectify it ?

Hi
When I had my merlin heads I found that the rocker covers were porous in a few places but only leaked when on track. never had a problem from the breathers.

Do you run a pcv system or just two open breathers. If just two breathers that will explain you issue.

I am running Merlin heads with one open breather and other side plumbed to PCV system suck through catch can and have no issues.
