Cylinder head I.d.

Post by Crockpot »

The heads on my engine are 14 bolt. They are on a V8s block which has no holes for the outer 4 bolts. Any easy way of identifying what year they are and what size engine they are off?

Managed to miss that, well done me.

Would the V8s block not have provision for the outer studs?

Later engines didn't use the outer row of bolts. Many omit them on older ones too these days.
