They have nothing to do with the actual casting.

Are you wondering what type of heads they might be or when they may have been cast?

I know they are later 10 bolt heads and have the better valve stem seals, just seem to have a crop of odd numbers !

Could they be ID numbers from a previous company that worked on them?

Someone maybe stamped some numbers on years ago...so one day he could annoy someone in the future who might wonder..WTF are these numbers :D

I guess the LF and RF means Left front and Right Front so they could not get mixed up.... Dont laugh!! The heads I now have were made with the rear oil holes blocked off for some reason. So If I put them on the wrong side I have no oil to the rockers??

Possible Perry ! i'll strip the heads and block down when I need them/find time, it's not on my priority list till I blow the 3.9 up !
