Inlet manifold help needed please

Hi all I purchased a single carb manifold to use on my 3.5 however on inspection noticed the new manifold only has two water outlets rather than the four. Can this still be used without creating any problems?

They are all like that.

The blanked off ones go at the rear of the engine. The water rises into the heads at the back, then comes forward and leaves the heads into the inlet manifold at the front.
