differance between dissys

i noticed on my rv8 dissy the vacuum advance and the amp are next to each other but on all the dissys on ebay they are opposite each other,so whats the differance between mine and these

you can find a description of the main types here http://www.rpiv8.com/electrics-1.htm They are basically more of the same thing in that you can replace one with the other without any big problems. Not sure I agree with the 35dm8 problems as being the same as the opus. The amp doesn't get anything like the same heat and I have used a few of them without any problems. They are getting old now tho so you can add mechanical wear to the problems not just electronic failure.
