What clutch for my conversion? 3.9 V8 MGB

I need to buy a clutch cover for my machinist to balance my 3.9 motor. The flywheel seems to have been used for both sizes (9.5 and 10.5) inch in the past and he recommended going with the 9.5 inch. Now i'm mating it to an LT77 5 speed so want to make sure I get the right bits. Do I need a 23 spline clutch plate?

Also have a look at this link, its for a cover only for SD1 but lists it as being suitable for the 2 part clutch release bearing, what bearing do I need for my engine and box combo?

I am thinking of just buying the cover at the moment as I wont need the plate or CRB until the motor is fully built, so does that cover look ok?
