R380 - remote gear lever housing

The four setscrews (M8) holding the remote gear housing to the extension case I believe torque all upto 25nm/18ft/lbs?

The front two I can believe as the inner metal sleeve in the rubber buffers only allows slight compression but the inner metal sleeves on the sides are much smaller than the rubber buffers.

I have three rubber washers for all the set screws. Have I installed one too many on the sides?

Okay I cannot sleep. Just removed one rubber bush from each side and now that looks better. I was just concerned as why do I have too many rubber bushes.
