r380 rear engine linkage

hi all,
im just building a new rear engined rover 4.6 comp safari racer,coulped to a late r380 v8 gearbox,
my question is,as anybody got forsale or could make me a reverse gear linkage (stick) so the gear selection would be the wright way round,thanks..
