I found the range rover bell housing was more bulbous towards the rear, I got round it by shifting the engine forward about an 1" and using the P6 water pump set up, that was after I took a gm 180 out of my pop

.... now and then .. don't have a lot to say. The rover went in the pop and I went with a lm7 (iron block ls) and 4l60e, it took tonnes of reading to be able to tune so found myself more on hp tuners website. The current upheaval with the dvla and there radically altered cars has kept me rather busy...

Wear on the half shaft would allow the bearing to be stuck in the housing, measurement of the half shaft should confirm this. The other possibility is a loose axle housing that's had the bearing changed and some "bearing fit" applied to it, this can cause it to be come stuck http://www.loctite.co.uk...
