Mine was a jag box so I used that, went to gps for the speedo

I found the range rover bell housing was more bulbous towards the rear, I got round it by shifting the engine forward about an 1" and using the P6 water pump set up, that was after I took a gm 180 out of my pop

.... now and then .. don't have a lot to say. The rover went in the pop and I went with a lm7 (iron block ls) and 4l60e, it took tonnes of reading to be able to tune so found myself more on hp tuners website. The current upheaval with the dvla and there radically altered cars has kept me rather busy...

Check the phasing of the jag rear u/j's to. I've done enough burnouts to put mine 90o out

I had that with an early V6 Essex engine, found rockers were dry and squeaking all the time, mismatch of sump and dipstick, just remarked them for the correct amount in the sump

Wear on the half shaft would allow the bearing to be stuck in the housing, measurement of the half shaft should confirm this. The other possibility is a loose axle housing that's had the bearing changed and some "bearing fit" applied to it, this can cause it to be come stuck http://www.loctite.co.uk...

I've used that kit, never had a problem with it

Has it got a good earth ? Loose or broken connections on the plug when it was refitted ?

They might have been range/land rover parts if it makes a difference ? but it was just trimmed to suit a few plates added for cable holes, I was running auto and needed a kickdown position too
