Cheers, I have been trying to sort things out, AP don't list that clutch plate so ive Emailed them, I will have to measure my bellhousing hole for the bearing carrier fit, I had to machine the Cossie one to fit, I cant find any tech info on the net ( PDF OR DRAWING ) regarding the size of the T5 bea...

In case my T5 Cossie box is not worth repairing, (see rebuild thread) I am looking at whats needed if I buy a new aftermarket box, I will have to alter the gearbox mount, the prop yoke, and get a 10 spline clutch, I see that some 10 spine plates for Land Rover are available (link below) my question ...

I have contacted him, it works out at £624, and that's just for bearings seals and labour. T5 rebuild Kit

Does anyone know if a Ford rebuild kit M-7000-A fits the Cosworth T5 box ?
I know Burton does a kit, but its a 12 week wait, I cant find more suppliers in the UK.

If the grease thing don't work, try a small rawlbolt, the type with the threaded rod coming out of it, any DIY/builders should have them, expand it inside the bush and attach to a slide hammer and it comes out easy, I had to do this last year when the grease wouldn't work on that occasion.

Thanks for the replies, I found that a 3.9 range rover sump, the one I have got, takes 5.8 litres. according to the factory workshop manual I found.
