Once you've used forced induction,it's hard to go back

Your timing cover will fit,I used an SDi front cover on my 4.6 block with no problems,but have now gone to a JEales front cover with crank driven oil pump and distributor,but still able to use my shorter P6 water pump

The dizzy pump is a lot easier to prime,the later type is allegedly self prime,but just look back on this forum and you will see that isn't so !
My 2p is,if it isn't broke,dont fix it !

I use 7's in mine, running about 12lb of boost with no issues

My mate runs a Windsor block,he half filled his for strength,
Uses it on the street with no problems,
And he run his first 9 last year !

I used to run with twin servos,with a high lift cam on a blown rv8 with no problems

Did you use a new gasket on the oil pick up pipe ?
Could be sucking air there !

It was the "gearboxman" but it was a long,long time ago

I got mine from gearboxman

That good,it doesn't look like it's been used

Mine has aT5 behind it

Inlet yes,not sure on the thermostat,as some have bypass,others dont

Composite inlet gasket,use a little gasket sealer around the waterways,and on the end rubber seals.Other gaskets just use a good quality of eGay,the two small hose I used some short silicone The inlet can be tricky,but perseverance we win the day ! I use a bit of sealer on the thermostat gasket too,...
