dont tighten a ribbed belt as much as your fan belt, you will only burn out your bearings ! a sprung tensioner sounds good, but if no major manufacture has made 1 in all these years. Theres probally a good reason why ! I havent had any trouble with my tensioner, traditional is the easiest way to go ...

i had the offy 360 modified for a 4-71, when i had the blower freshened up by UK BLOWERS they talked me into using the EP manifold, that they adapted for me.It not only sits lower, it is more powerful

dont buy the 3inch pulley set-up, it saps too much power, a 2 inch belt is more than enough !

get hold of a book by SA design by dave emanuel. Called holley carburetors (sub-titled-performance,street and off-road applications) theres a whole chapter in there for blow-thru modifications ! to much for me to list here !

if you want to use the holley without an external refrenced power valve.you have 2 take a vacuum reading from the MANIFOLD . whatever the reading is eg-5.5 you have 2 go up 3 sizes ! in this case 8.5 or the best solution buy a mighty demon from barry grant 4 a blower motor cheaper then a holley and ...

plugs look good. holley 650 double pumper above blower. Had engine dynoed a couple of years ago when engine was built.Cars been laid up for 4 months . drained tank and replenished with fresh petrol, maybe a look into the carb to see whats going on is needed !

I had a cam made, over 500 lift,more duration on the exhaust side, Now the important stuff, 114 degree lobe centres! u need minimal overlap on a blown motor, it doesnt matter how radical the cam is, the blower smooths the roughness out !Had mine dynoed i made 420bhp and 410lbs of torque at 5800rpm
