There was a vendor on here a couple of years back SC Power from memory that did oily mounts. I replaced mine and it made a huge difference But mine is in the GT40 and I ripped te original left side one at Santa Pod. I have heard some nasty stories about spools in live axles but has anyone run a detroit locker on the street in the uk? I've heard they make an awful noise when they corner. I did think about asking this on a 'merican forum but their interpretation of street use is a bit different to ours I feel!

It's got the 317 castings on it which are pretty good as standard, I like the idea of the l92 / ls3 rectangle heads but it tends to get a bit pricey once you add the new manifold and rocker arms into it. As to a class it would be rwyb or outlaw street at most

Depends what you're looking for? You can get a 4.8 iron block if cubes aren't a major concern or you can stroke a 6.0 out to 408 ci. Stock heads breathe well, check out ls1.com for loads of info
