I have heard some nasty stories about spools in live axles but has anyone run a detroit locker on the street in the uk? I've heard they make an awful noise when they corner. I did think about asking this on a 'merican forum but their interpretation of street use is a bit different to ours I feel!

It's got the 317 castings on it which are pretty good as standard, I like the idea of the l92 / ls3 rectangle heads but it tends to get a bit pricey once you add the new manifold and rocker arms into it. As to a class it would be rwyb or outlaw street at most
