Bones - I made up templates with some cheap crappy tube then took them to Andy Robinson and he bent them up in the good stuff with his mandrel bending machine, very nice and better than the hydraulic jack and hammer method!

they can be made rock hard, they are used a lot in the states for some serious horsepower applications, John Sleath is an agent for JW I believe and yes they are big block proof

I only know of middlesex tuning in harrow or red dot racing in watford. I've had no experience with either and don't know if they will look at a carb'd engine tho

Its a ford 9" custom made (ker-ching) to my width requirements by Andy Robinson. It is going to be mounted on a four link. Wheel wise I am using 15" BM wheels and plan on using a 235 60 15 mickey thompson street radial as I want to keep the car as discreet as possible - I love sleeper cars!

thanks for the compliments!
