This is Toyota 2T/3T, looks similar to me

Toyota 2T is pushrod (OHV) engine and 2T-G is DOHC-engine.

Headlamps are Depo "tuninglights" for BMW E32/E34. Not direct bolt-on, I made new brackets for them.

I have used citric acid to clear rust away, water + few spoons citric acid to bucket, and parts in, couple days later parts are clean, may need little brushing.
Here in Finland you can buy that citric acid from agricultural stores (I don't know is it right word).

What can I do when seller don't send parts or return my money? This is/was private sell.
EDIT: Seller is briton and I live in Finland so I can't go and knock his door..
