Interesting project mate. Are you running stock leafs or have you already converted to coilovers? The Mumford setup might behave a bit differently depending on your rear suspension geometry. I’ve seen a few builds where it made the rear end way more predictable though.

Just to be sure mate, when you say the only return in your tank is at the bottom going to the rad, does that mean there’s no small hose returning to the tank from that bleed line? If not, it might explain the air getting trapped. I’d double check if that twist bleed should be feeding into the top of...

What material are the new pipes? If they’re soft enough, you might get away with bending by hand using a bending spring, but if they’re really stiff, maybe a press or a mini-bender could help. How much access do you actually have around the car for using different tools?
