Help needed to identify the clutch I need to fit my rover V8 to my lt77 gearbox? The thing is that the gearbox and bell housing are from a Sherpa but my motor factors don’t know which clutch kit I need. I have a Cortina back axle with a Rover SD1 4 speed prop connecting to a Rover 4 Speed box
I am trying to change to a 5 speed Lt77 box but have been told that the prop is different.
What I need to know is can I just change the flange at the front of my prop to connect to the Lt77

Can anyone tell me the difference in length of the Rover 4 speed and 5 speed propshafts
Is it possable to just change the flange at the UJ to conect a 4 speed prop to a 5 speed gearbox

Thanks for the replies I am now fixed up with a remote and know which clutch the only point left is the prop shaft what connection, which prop do I need to fit my Cortina axel
